banking error

An overheard conversation in the bank the other day:

Woman: Hi, I've received two emails from nationwide saying someone was trying to access my online account... what do I need to do?
Cashier:Well it's probably fraudulent madam.. the emails aren't really from us.
Woman:Well they said they were...
Cashier:Yes, well they would look real, but I think if something like that really had happened we would phone you.
Woman:Well it was talking about my pin number and I only use my pin number for one thing...
Cashier:Well... Well have you tried logging onto your online account recently? Could you get on?
Woman:Oh, I don't do online banking!
Cashier:..... Well they're probably fradulent then.
